Ok well Photoshop full costs about $1000 USD and heavily protected so I would not try to find a free download of it anywhere. If you want a decent photo program use Gimp. It's free and although it has less tools than PS, it is better than MS Paint.

I have the Gimp is a program I like very much.
My cousin is an example it has the PS, but free.

truely i just use paint and then use the tools and it works just as well as photo shop
